Leonard F. Gorsuch: CEO
Leonard F. Gorsuch is a second generation family owner of Fairfield Homes, Inc. Leonard has expanded all phases of the organization since his tenure began.
Jennifer L. Walters: President of Fairfield Homes, Inc.
Jennifer Walters joined the staff of Fairfield Homes in 2008. Jennifer serves as President, exhibiting her talents through the land development, construction, and realty divisions of Fairfield Homes.
Ronald P. Burson: President of Gorsuch Management
Ron Burson, President of Gorsuch Management, currently manages 85 affordable housing projects, including HUD Section 8, LIHTC, and Rural Development properties as well as conventional properties totaling over 3,000 apartments.
Patrick L. Spires: Vice President of Construction
Pat Spires has been with Fairfield Homes, Inc. since 1973. He has served as Vice President of Construction since 1984 and is responsible for all phases of construction.
Dale Roberts: Controller/Treasurer
Dale Roberts joined Fairfield Homes, Inc. in 1987. His responsibilities include the oversight of the day-to-day accounting for all partnerships and the implementation and maintenance of the corporate computer system.
Sherry D. White: Controller/Secretary
Sherry White joined Fairfield Homes, Inc. in 2007. Sherry serves as the Controller of the Construction Division and as Corporate Secretary.
