Leonard F. Gorsuch: CEO

Leonard F. Gorsuch is a second generation family owner of Fairfield Homes, Inc. Leonard has expanded all phases of the organization since his tenure began. With his vast experience, Leonard's role as CEO of Fairfield Homes is implementing a guiding vision into the future. He has exemplified the highest standards of quality service and success through his expansive business, community leadership, and overwhelming impact on the development of Lancaster and surrounding areas. He is continuously using his organization to execute ideas to further Fairfield Homes as a leader in construction, land development, property management, and real estate in Central Ohio. Leonard is active in all phases of the organization, contributing his wisdom, leadership, and commitment to excellence throughout.

Leonard graduated from Wittenberg University of Springfield, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He is a graduate of The Real Estate Institute, Ohio University, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. Leonard Gorsuch is a strong believer in community and his ability and determination to bring about significant improvement has enhanced the landscape and revitalization of Lancaster over the years. He is actively involved in community services, trade organizations, and has served in leadership positions and on several boards that reinvest back into the community of Lancaster, Ohio, including the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, the Lancaster Home Builder’s Association, the YMCA, ADAMH, the Lancaster Real Estate Board, United Way of Fairfield County, Fairfield National Bank, Fairfield Family Counseling, and the Lancaster Festival, among others.
