Ronald P. Burson: President of Gorsuch Management

Ron Burson, President of Gorsuch Management, currently manages 85 affordable housing projects, including HUD Section 8, LIHTC, and Rural Development properties as well as conventional properties totaling over 3,000 apartments. Ron has been involved with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program since its inception in 1986. Ron is a past member of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency's Compliance Advisory Committee and was appointed to serve as a member of the Ohio Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee in 2006 by Governor Taft.

Ron Burson holds Certified Public Accountant certifications in the State of Ohio as well as a Certified Property Manager certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
